Then our IT and Business Development department is the right challenge for you. As a Senior No-Code / Low-Code Automation Expert (m/f/d), you will design and automate our processes with modern tools. You will ensure that systems interact, data flows run smoothly, and our processes become even more efficient. Требования

Successfully completed Bachelor's or Master's degree (B.Sc. / M.Sc.) in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Business Management, Banking, or an IT apprenticeship and several years of demonstrable professional experience in IT / automation. Strong analytical-methodical and structured thinking, excellent analytical skills, and very quick comprehension. Several years of experience in project management as well as a high degree of discipline and pronounced organizational skills. Strong results and solution orientation, as well as the ability to not only understand existing processes but also to optimize them independently and sustainably. Excellent teamwork skills, very strong communication skills, and a confident, assured demeanor. Excellent written communication skills in German. High resilience and a professional approach to performance pressure.
