Do you have experience with digital topics and are familiar with low-code/no-code solutions and API tools like Zapier or Make.com – or are you able to quickly and independently familiarize yourself with them? Then our IT and Business Development department is the right place for you. As a Full-Stack Developer (m/f/d), you will design and automate our processes with modern tools. You will ensure that systems interact, data flows run smoothly, and our processes become even more efficient. Areas of Responsibility: Automation of our business processes with no-code / low-code tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make Setup, maintenance, and administration of Airtable databases Development of front-ends and interfaces with no-code / low-code tools Management and further development of our CRM system (especially HubSpot) Planning, execution, and implementation of new business processes Documentation & conception of digital business processes User training & support If you want more information about our company and your career at Cordes Consulting, you can find it at www.cordes-karriere.de. Требования

Successfully completed Bachelor's or Master's degree (B.Sc. / M.Sc.) in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Business Management, Banking, or an IT apprenticeship or demonstrable experience in IT / automation. Analytical-methodical and structured thinking, very good analytical skills, and quick comprehension. Experience in project management as well as high discipline and organizational skills. Results- and solution-oriented way of working, ability to follow existing processes, understand them, and improve them. Strong team spirit, excellent communication skills, and confident demeanor. Very good written German skills. Resilience and good handling of performance pressure.
